The Primary Level Piano program is a beginner course suitable for primary aged children between 7 ½ to 9 years. A multi-sensory approach is used to develop the whole musician. Classes incorporate keyboard playing, singing, listening and aural activities, reading, movement, percussion and theory. Attention to technique and posture and incorporated from the beginning and students are required to practise regularly in order to progress.
A piano or digital keyboard with a minimum of 66 weighted keys is required at home. Please contact the Office for relevant class times.
Two fee-based introductory lessons are required to become acquainted with this program before placing a down-payment to secure ongoing enrolment.
